Mr. Robert Bean, Reg. Eng. Tech. (RET)
Short Bio:
Robert Bean is a graduate of the Building Construction Engineering Technology program from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, a registered engineering technologist and member of the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta. He is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Heating, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI). He volunteers his time with the ANSI/ ASHRAE Standing Standard Project Committee 55 - Thermal Environmental Conditions for Human Occupancy, ASHRAE T.C. 6.5 Radiant Heating and Cooling Systems, and ASHRAE T.C. 6.1 Hydronic & Steam Heating Equipment & Systems. In addition to his continuing education programs on indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and HVAC design offered through the RPA, CIPH, TECA, ASID, AIA and others; Robert also serves as a distinguished lecturer for ASHRAE speaking on the Human Factors in HVAC, Radiant Based HVAC Systems and Snow Melting Systems. ____________________________
