Bradley R. Milton, AIA

Milton served on the AIA Documents Committee during the creation of the Transitional and SPE families of contract documents, and had the honor of presenting them with Robert Middlebrooks when the documents were unveiled at the 2008 AIA National Convention in Boston, and at numerous state conventions throughout the midwest thereafter. He was one of the authors of Integrated Project Delivery: a Guide –a joint product of the AIA Documents Committee and the AIA California Council. In addition to the IPD documents, Milton was involved in the authoring of, and has presented for the AIA: the Digital Data Licensing Exhibit (AIA C106), the Digital Data Protocol Exhibit (AIA E201), and the Building Information Modeling Protocol Exhibit (AIA E202).
