In this presentation, wheelchair-riding and award-winning design firm principal Erick Mikiten, AIA presents a case for Universal Design. Universal Design is explained as a necessary part of Good Design for all architects, and a connection is made between the benefits of good design, green design, and Universal Design - collecting these and other ideas under the broader concept of Sustainable Design.
