Linda McCracken-Hunt, FAIA is an accomplished architect who has been focusing on project delivery from the owner's perspective. Linda served on staff at the University of Minnesota for over 13 years as a senior project manager, then director, then University Architect, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of hundreds of facilities worth over $800 million. Since 1998, Linda has been practicing in the private sector as a principal at Studio Five Architects, focusing efforts on providing owner's representative services. She is quite knowledgable about owner-related issues, such as how an owner can best deliver a project, project delivery options, project management with a multi-headed owner, etc
